About Sikhs

Another Perspective beyond religion "I believe Sikhism is an institution rather than a religion and Sikhs are the students in that institution with a lifelong learning. There are ten Gurus who have preached various values that a student of this institution should acquire.  Currently, 11th Guru is the living "Holy Book" Guru Granth Sahib ji which succeeded after the 10th Guru.  First Guru, Guru Nanak Dev Ji started this institution of Sikhism about 500 years ago, and its students are known as Sikhs.  Institution of Sikhism welcomes any person from any religion and faith to be part of this institution.
